PARK HOTEL VILLA GRAZIOLI

Before I really get into the blogging groove, I just have to mention a hotel I was fortunate enough to once stay at. The four star Park Hotel Villa Grazioli, located just outside of Rome, Italy in the town of Grottaferrata has 58 rooms and is decorated with furniture from the period of Louis XVI.

This hotel is really one of the nicest places I've ever stayed at. My brother and I sort of have an inside joke when we talk about our experience at other hotels. It goes something like this, "Ya, this hotel is nice but it's not Grottaferrata," ofcourse referring to the lovely Park Hotel Villa Grazioli.

So if you want to feel like a "queen" or "king" for a day or two, visit this hotel! I stayed there last summer and don't know why I haven't written about it earlier. I tell anyone who will listen what a joyous experience it was, and now I hope you'll do yourself a favour and check it out if you happen to be in the Rome area.

Hello and welcome to “Across the Pond.” My intention with this blog is to chit chat about travel and post accompanying photos. I will also be blogging about life in Denmark, TV, films, music and just about anything else that tickles my fancy.

Any comments and suggestions are most welcome.
